Dubai – Mubasher: Majan College announced that its extraordinary general assembly has approved the proposal to list its shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

The assembly has also authorized the board to take all the procedures according to the decision issued by the concerned authorities, according to a filing to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM).

It is worth mentioning that Majan College was established in 1995, with a total capital worth OMR 9 million.
